The Haitian Refugees Organization of Chicago used to celebrate the young Haitian who were graduated from Elementary and High School and moving forward with their educational pathways. This is Azaka Alanakou’ production who did this video which we are enjoying today from 25-30 years ago. I hope that you don’t find yourself wiping because many of these friends and families are no longer with us. This is the way life really is, there is nothing we can do about it. Don’t forget that these the people who came to this country in 1992 at list some of us; they were some who came at around 1993, 94, etc but we are all refugees from one place call Haiti.
